I’m Deepak Kavadia, an Indian-born entrepreneur who has been residing in New York since 1992. My story is one of bridging worlds—business, philanthropy, and diaspora advocacy—to empower overseas Indians and strengthen their connections with India. My professional journey has been in the gem and jewelry industry in both India and the U.S., where I have served as a Director at the Indian Diamond & Color Stone Association (IDCA) and as CEO of Valentine Mark Corporation.
Driven by a vision to unite Indians abroad, I founded the NRI Federation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Federation’s core mission is to represent, protect, and empower the Indian diaspora by connecting and supporting them in areas like welfare, health, and networking. My work is guided by a simple philosophy: service before self and fostering unity in diversity.
